Our client is seeking an experienced trainer with compliance experience, to come on board and join this well known energy company. The Training & Compliance Manager is responsible for two key streams:
Training -
- Identify and assess current and future sales training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with line managers.
- Create and deliver group and personalised training and development plans that address skill gaps, needs and expectations.
- Own, manage & deliver the Sales & Compliance Team Induction Training programs.
Compliance -
- Responsible for compliance and to implement training quality & Compliance benchmarks across all channels
- Manage the end `to end requirements that ultimately deliver quality sales and retention results through people within the call centre, through a tight small quality assurance team.
- Plan and carry out activities to maintain and develop operational efficiency of all services, in accordance with agreed strategy and KPIs and quality guidelines imposed by all parties, internal and external.
Ideally you will have:
- Previous management and leadership experience in the energy industry
- Experience building and delivering training content
- Training facilitation experience in a call centre environment
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- Sales management and coaching skills
