About the Role

We are poised to take the next step in the growth of the company.  The Account / Sales Representative is expected manage the existing account base, actively expand the customer base and grow sales exponentially.  The client base is Australia wide, and we have made a small inroad into NZ.  This successful candidate will expand the company’s footprint within Australia and lead growth into New Zealand.  This is very much a relationship driven sales environment.  You will establish and grow the sales team to support the expanded account base, lead sales meetings and drive forecasts. You will report to the company Managing Director and Our vision is for you to grow in to a Sales Manager for the company and potentially the group of companies.

 

About you

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

 

  • You are an experienced Technical Furniture Sales person and leader, preferably from a commercial Audio Visual background, or if you can demonstrate the appropriate expertise we are happy to hear from you.
  • It is extremely important that you are a self-starter
  • Minimum of 4 years commercial sales experience and some sales management experience.
  • You are a vibrant and energetic account / sales leader who is savvy and driven and motivated to succeed. 
  • You have national sales experience.
  • You have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while delivering to strict timeframes and deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team and individually
  • You are effective at driving new sales.
  • You care about the company you work for, you want to see it succeed !  You want to see your customers happy !  and you want to put more money in your pocket !  this all comes hand in hand in this role.
  • You have a valid drivers licence
