Due to growth of this business a new position has been created for a In Home Sales Consultant who has experience in soft furnishings, window coverings or home furnishings. Reporting to the Directors this position is essential to the success of the business as you will be selling a range of window furnishing products to a variety of individual clients, architects, builders and developers while providing excellence in customer service.
To be successful for this role you will:
• Proactively develop customer relationships face to face with the customers
• Interact with a variety of customers who are looking for medium – high end products
• Have product knowledge of either blinds, awnings, curtains or shutters
• Understand the customer's needs to capitalise on all sale opportunities
• Deliver exceptional communication, customer service, and time management
• Provide home furnishings solutions on product ranges i.e.: colours, variations and fabrics
• Interact with a variety of customers who are looking for medium – high end products
