We are embarking on a journey of growth and looking to employ a Senior Consultant/Manager - Business Support with the following skills and experience:

• Minimum of 4 years' external agency recruitment experience
• Recruited across business support
• Honest, ethical and professional work manner
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Proven business development skills, along with the ability to source candidates
• Strong people management skills
• Commercially astute
• Have or interested in managing a P&L
