As a part of the National People & Development team, this role is responsible for many operational and some strategic facets of generalist HR. Responsibilities will be across people and performance, training and development, recruitment, selection and retention, remuneration and reward and employee relations. You will also be involved in project work, reporting, administration, compliance and staff engagement activities.
