About our Office
With a revised focus for the end of 2018, we are seeking a consultant to come and join our brand new Gold Coast office. Based in the heart of Surfers Paradise, only a short walking distance to the beach and recently refurbished with full showers, lockers, secure bike section and on site car park.
This branch has been working in the Gold Coast market for over the last five years. It currently has multiple PSA’s in place and a large number of temporary staff working within the government and SME industries.
You will begin on a warm desk with at least $10k temp GP per month and plenty of growth opportunity to tap into. You will have a strong focus on business development in the Gold Coast region and across both the industrial and SME commercial positions.
This is a small branch with a large support network. You will be expected to be a strong team player whilst also being able to work autonomously.
Please note that we tend to travel up to our large (80+ staff) Brisbane branch for the monthly wrap ups. We also alternate hosting sales blitzes with both the Hendra and Logan branches. Therefore, you will need to be flexible with the travel involved in this role.
Preferably you will have worked in a recruitment role previously, within the business support or general white collar space. If you have a basic understanding of the blue collar division, this would be desirable.
You are a sales gun and have no hesitation in picking up the phone to make business development calls. Money is a strong motivator, as you understand increased GP equates to high commission. You will enjoy variety on your desk, managing both blue and white collar, as well as perm or temp. A proactive consultant in your hunt for business, you are a strong recruiter with a passion for results.
The successful candidate will be provided with a base salary plus super, uncapped commission structure, laptop, iPhone and an onsite carpark in our new offices.
