The Role

As a talent acquisition specialist you will develop talent pools and sourcing strategies that attracts and retains high caliber talent to the needs of the business. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the IT portfolio, build strong relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve a common outcome. Be a key advocate in empowering the brand and reputation of the organisation.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you must perform at the utmost professional level and have experience working within a local organisation in a similar role. You will have a strong knowledge of IT roles and be able to point out current IT trends and have a passion for the IT industry. Agency or Internal recruitment experience accepted.
