Working closely within the HR team in a dynamic environment that is going through changes and restructures they require someone who is able to cope with demanding and competing priorities.
Your responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Support a range of day to day human resource functions
- Managing the end to end recruitment process
- Interpreting awards and maintain health and safety documentation
- Provide advice on HR strategies and initiatives
To be successful for this role, you must possess the following:
- Background in not-for-profit is highly regarded
- Experience with end to end recruitment
- Qualifications in Human Recourses
- The ability to interpret awards
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
This is a full time fixed term contract role with hours 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Carlton location. An attractive salary is on offer for the successful candidate alongside the opportunity to work with a leading not-for-profit organisation.
