The Company
You will be joining a boutique recruitment firm specialising in the placement of business professionals across Western Sydney, including fields such as accounting, finance, admin and human resources. This firm has enjoyed consistent growth having recently agreed terms with a number of large clients the need for an additional member in the team has become apparent. You will be working with a management team that boasts 10+ years combined experience in the Sydney market and it is these long standing relationships that are driving the business forward.

The role
As part of a close knit and supportive team this position will be varied and encompass all elements of the recruitment process. You will perform typical tasks including; assessing candidates suitability, interviewing candidates, writing job ads, conducting reference checks, arranging interview times and creating new business opportunities.

You
Having had at-least 12 months recruitment, business or sales experience you will be hungry to take your career to the next level. You will have a strong business mind and be confident dealing with a range of clients and contacts at all levels. You will be results orientated, have sound time management skills and have a great attitude.
