About the role
Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, you will be joining a fun energetic team focusing on permanent recruitment of General practitioners (GP's), including; sourcing, screening and selection of candidates, in line with the position description and our Company vision and values.
You will be directly responsible for the GP recruitment and workforce plan for a set number of medical centres within our growing network. Being a self-starter & highly motivated individual you will need to have experience & understanding in Recruitment of GP's in Australia.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain a high-quality pipeline of suitable GPs
- Manage each doctor through the recruitment process from start to end
- Provide creative input for marketing campaigns & recruitment strategies
- Build strong relationships with key internal & external business stakeholders
- Provide strategic input to workforce planning and GP retention
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in an internal or external GP recruitment role
- Proven recruitment experience within the Australian Healthcare System
- Highly motivated, autonomous self-starter who can lead by example
- Prior experience in developing strong pipelines of candidates
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain excellent communication
- Understanding of the Australian Health Care act in-particular sections19AA & 19AB
