  • control the HR paperwork for the business, including issuing new contracts, confirmation of employment letters and updating organisation charts
  • communicate and reply to incoming emails regarding a variety of different requests
  • pass on incoming information to the relevant departments and working with their ESP system


  • minimum 1 year experience in a HR based role
  • ready to hit the ground running
  • willing to adapt and learn new skills
  • previous administrative experience highly regarded
  • experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
