Who you are
  
We are looking to bring on a Senior Recruitment Consultant with 3 (+) years’ demonstrated experience within end-to-end recruitment processes, diverse business relationships and most importantly has leadership qualities.
We are looking for someone who can bring a fresh outlook to this team, mentor, manage and grow with the trends. You will have support and guidance from very experienced Director who successfully run’s multiple offices across Australia.

• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to negotiate and influence.
• Ability to manage and lead different personalities
• A passion for service excellence and a quality led approach.
• Target orientated; capable of managing competing demand and delivering to deadlines.
• Extensive recruitment experience within an agency or internal environment.
• Capabilities of performing under pressure and working efficiently and effectively with a fast paced, volume driven recruitment model.
