Red Appointments is a locally owned recruitment and labour hire company, with offices in Darwin, Adelaide and Perth that provide a broad range of human resource, workforce planning and recruitment services. Our clients include some of Australia's and the Northern Territory's most respected companies, representing a wide range of industry sectors from construction and industrial, to community services, professional services, Federal and Northern Territory Government departments.

Red Appointments is now looking to appoint an experienced and well connected Business Development Manager. This role will see you delivering agreed sales targets and providing high level customer service and support to existing and new clients. Your key focus will be to identify new opportunities, drive improved sales practices and support the overall sales function of our business.

The key focus of this position:
  • Tap into existing networks and create new ones in order to grow our client base
  • Assist Red Appointments achieve its mid to long term business plan
  • Uphold our core values and represent the business ethically in the community
  • Take to market our business to business sales solutions
  • Build and sustain long term business relationships with clients

Experience in the Recruitment industry is desirable but not essential. We want to hear from people with good sales experience or connections within any of the following:
  • Construction (civil or building)
  • Trades and Services
  • Light Industrial
  • Sales or account management within the safety industry
  • Industry association experience
  • Well connected within NT Government
  • Mining/Oil/Gas
  • Job Active consultants
