Mediserve Nursing Agency is a fast growing National Nursing Agency. Our reputation is based on providing professional, friendly nursing staff to Hospitals and other Health Facilities
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is enthusiastic, has the drive and a 'can do' attitude and is motivated to achieve targets and benchmarks set by the company.
Mediserve offers:
- A Full Time role of 40 hours per week.
- An opportunity to move into the health recruitment industry
- Full training in the health recruitment process and fully supported whilst building a platform of sales.
As part of this team, you will be required to be involved in all aspects of recruitment and placement of nursing staff including:
- Sales and Marketing to current and potential clients.
- Sourcing suitable candidates in a timely manner.
- Screening candidates.
- Interviewing and on boarding applicants to Health facilities
- Reference checks.
- Monitoring and updating staff compliance.
- Building and maintaining client and customer relationships.
- Business development activities.
- Process records and update assessments and standard information.
- General administration / ad hoc duties.
Applicants with prior Sales experience is essential . Health Industry experience and/or Aged Care Client management will be given preference.
Candidates must be competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
