Instructional Designer job to develop eLearning materials for a Government Organisation. Melbourne CBD
Your new company
Based in the CBD, this Victorian Government Organisation is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer for a 6 month contract. You will use your expertise of instruction design to partner with the business to develop a full training manual, e-learning packages and blended learning programs for multiple newly established exciting projects.
Your new role
Working closely with a group of key stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing first-rate training manuals and the strategic direction for the delivery of training roll out. The creation of new technology means eLearning and blended learning packages are to be created to ensure use participation and competency across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated skills in senior instructional design and communication
- Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign and Premiere Pro.
- Experience working within a high-paced project environment.
- Self-motivation with a proactive attitude and approach to work and providing solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and be able to quickly assimilate information
- Ability to plan activities, identify gaps, risks and issues and mitigate them to ensure objectives and timelines are met.
