Pacific Talent Partners are looking for high performing individuals to facilitate the next stage of our growth trajectory. These newly created position will join a highly networked, dynamic team of professionals experiencing outstanding success in a close knit team environment.
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio with significant support but also the autonomy to drive your own success. Specifically, you will be responsible for;
Managing a range of clients from large blue chip multinationals to interesting small to medium sized enterprises;
Procuring new business through business development and leveraging your own networks;
Executing complex search assignments, genuinely adding value to our client's success through the appointment of exceptional talent; and,
Building strong long term relationships through exceptional account management and exceptional candidate and client service.
