An opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator to join our People, Culture & Learning team on a permanent full-time basis.

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, your primary role will be to provide high level support to Montefiore’s Human Resources department, particularly in relation to our centralised recruitment and selection function. This includes interviewing, candidate screening and stakeholder management.

This varied position will require you to work across our four locations within the Sydney Metropolitan area.  As such a valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle are preferred.

This role presents a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced HR team and gain exposure and experience across a range of HR functions and activities aimed at promoting a positive workplace culture, in line with our core organisational values of Choice, Dignity & Wellbeing.

Other core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reporting
  • Record keeping
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance requirements, including National Criminal History Record Check and Visa Requirements
  • Employee Rewards & Recognition
  • Supporting workforce planning and engagement projects

 Essential

  • A tertiary or other relevant qualification in a HR-related field
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced HR role, with specific exposure to recruitment and selection activities
  • Well-developed problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with staff at all levels
  • Demonstrable commitment to providing an efficient and quality service to stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
