About the job
In this role, you will be looking after a federal government portfolio and will become part of a collaborative and highly successful team of nine fellow recruitment consultants. You will be recruiting for a variety of temporary and permanent roles including executive assistants, administrators, call centre officers, records managers and many more!
Your day to day activities will include:
- Maintaining business relationships over the phone and through face-to-face meetings
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Searching for and screening candidates
- Conducting behavioural based interviews
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Work towards individual and team financial and activity targets
About you
- Previous recruitment or sales experience highly desirable
- Outstanding communication skills
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Team player
- Ambitious and driven
- Excellent time management
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Valid driver’s licence
