The opportunity?

One of Toll’s Divisions is currently seeking a Time and Attendance Officer to be responsible for day to day processing, exception reporting and auditing of payment data. This role will ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of the Time and Attendance process to pay. This role is also accountable for employee setup, data collection, interpretation and calculation, processing terminations and maintaining the data and procedures associated with these tasks.

Reporting to the Team Leader you will work closely with the team providing high level support to Team members, Clients and Stakeholders on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Daily processing and Weekly processing of approved Time and Attendance (Payroll) data to ensure deadlines are met both in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing System Support to Kronos Systems Administrator
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationship to identify areas of improvement
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Analysing data
  • Reporting

The ideal candidate?

As the successful candidate, you will have a background in finance or payroll accompanied with experience working with multiple Awards and Enterprise Agreements. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy when working under pressure is essential as is the ability to build relationship with various internal and external stakeholders. Experience with Kronos is desired however not essential.
