Overview of the position
As part of our national AGL RPO team you will report into one of the senior manager’s based in Melbourne and manage an integral portfolio for the business. With a background in end-to-end volume recruitment you will be responsible for assessing and selecting pools of candidates to attend assessment centres, that you will facilitate and lead, and partner with the hiring community to make effective hiring decisions for their teams. With solid experience in volume and campaign based recruitment, you will be a brand ambassador for AGL, ensuring high touch customer service levels are provided to both candidates and stakeholders.
Attributes/ experience
As an experienced volume Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:
- Have led and delivered volume recruitment campaigns
- Managed high volumes of candidates and multiple stakeholders
- Delivered against streamlined and well-defined recruitment processes and timelines
- Designed, implemented and facilitated medium and large group assessment centres
- Possess strong influencing and communications skills and have a proven commitment to candidate and client care
