About the Role
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business within a defined territory for a leading recruitment company.
Focused on relationship development, you will be directly involved with client prospect identification, organisational and workforce development, business consulting and client presentations. In conjunction with a strong focus on sales achievement you will have the ability to manage a vast array of business issues with the opportunity for career growth and development. 
 
About You 
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic sales BDM to establish professional relationships through various industries. In this position you will be client facing, meeting and greeting with employers to discuss opportunities to provide recruitment solutions to meet their needs.  This is an exciting role for someone who is looking for their next challenge, is results driven and has outstanding communication skills. 

• A strong background in Business Development within, HR, training and development, professional services or recruitment solutions supported by a strong networking ability.
• The drive and ability to successfully sell recruitment solutions
• Ability to self-motivate 
• Enthusiasm, passion and direction
• Demonstrated track record of providing service excellence
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop meaningful professional relationships 
• Relationships within the local community
• Sales or Business Development background
• Current Drivers Licence and own car
