An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a leading, Australian health organisation on an initial 3-month contract to support with recruitment across their Aged Care division.
Working closely with the wider recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering on the resourcing strategy through effective and efficient recruitment practices. Responsibilities will include:

• Utilising innovative routes to market as well as social media tools to source candidates across various roles in the healthcare sector
• Posting advertisements for active roles and generating pipeline talent
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand resourcing requirements across the organisation
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the Aged Care sector
• Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers

In order to be considered for this role, you will:

• Have a proven track record recruiting across a variety of roles, ideally within the healthcare sector
• Have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable coaching and advising at a senior level
• Have strong skills utilising Linkedin to map markets and pipeline talent
• Be able to prioritise work and have exceptional time management skills
