This well-respected private Australian recruitment company is looking to continue growing with the appointment of an ambitious and talented recruitment leader located in Melbourne to run the Sales, Marketing and Support Division, take full ownership locally and grow and develop the business nationally.
 
The Divisional Manager will recruit, lead, coach and mentor a team of recruitment consultants to identify prospective clients and secure new business and achieve both individual and team success.
