Description
Key responsibilities:
- Communicating with existing and new clients regarding the acquisition of talent
- Sourcing candidates through business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, direct recruitment, existing database and internet advertising.
- Managing your own day to ensure your targets are met
- Working within a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Candidate care activities including database and associated recruitment administration
