Established in 2014, Inspire Performance is a Consultancy specializing in enhancing performance. We work with individuals and organisations to inspire the changes required to be the best they can be. With 3 people in Sydney, our plan is to grow and to meet the demand we are seeking a new team member to assist us to deliver to our National Client base across Recruitment, Sales and Leadership.
About the role
You will develop recruitment consultants, sales professionals and Leaders to reach their potential.
Specialising in Sales you will be delivering proven Recruitment and Sales Training Programmes to all levels of Recruitment and Sales Professionals.
You will have the opportunity to move into performance, executive and business coaching along with facilitating Leadership Development programmes.

Skills and experience
Essential
- Prior experience in the recruitment industry with an ability to sell
- Exposure to delivering recruitment training workshops either internal or externally
- Ability to engage and make training relevant
- Excellent influencing, presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- A passion for recruitment, sales and developing people
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A desire for continuous Learning, personal and professional growth
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Prior experience in a Leadership Role
