About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Experience team, as a People Experience Coordinator to support and ensure a great employee experience through timely and accurate advice, transactional processing and lifecycle administration.

  • Prepare offers, contracts, change requests and other HR related correspondence.
  • Maintain electronic personnel files.
  • Maintain the HRIS System and database.
  • Ensure security compliance is monitored and maintained.
  • Respond to day to day HR enquiries from the business.
  • Prepare reports and information as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People Experience team and business.
  • Work closely with the HR team and Payroll.

About You

Your experience will include;

  • 2+ years administration or HR administration experience.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and great communication skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Understanding of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and employment contracts is desirable but not essential.
  • PeopleSoft experience desirable but not essential.

Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).
