HR Director, $180 - 230K, Sydney. Transform and deliver strategic workforce design, culture, capability & performance.
Your new company
This growing Not-for-Profit organisation has gone through considerable transformation, as part of the NDIS reform program, and are currently in a position to recruit a new role for Director HR. This large for-purpose organisation are about to commence the next journey in their business strategy and have a created a new role of HR Director.
Your new role
Due to Company growth the organisation needs a strategic workforce plan, to look at all elements, such as capability, culture, learning, industrial arrangements. As part of the executive team, you will transform the organisation to be fit for purpose by looking at strategic workforce design, planning and deployment, and rostering practices. You will develop and build the capability of a fairly new HR team, and be a leader in cultural transformation, by developing a successful executive team by building leadership capability. As a key driver of the cultural steering committee, you will oversee the coordination of cultural development activities to fit with the overall People Plan. You will create a talent pipeline and overall talent attraction and management strategy for the organisation, and put in processes and system to support these initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally come from human services, health or care sector or have an alignment with these sectors and be a strategic HR Director, over payroll, rostering, business partnering. You will come from a heavily unionised workforce and demonstrate experience in transformation of organisation design and development at a strategic level and led a medium sized HR operation. You will have experience developing leaders within a growing and sometimes organisation, in need of systems and processes
