BT People (www.btpeople.com.au) is an established recruitment company which is specialised across the IT and specifically Business Transformation marketplace.  Based in North Sydney we service customers across Australia and New Zealand.

With continued growth and customer demand we are currently seeking an additional Recruitment Consultant to join the North Sydney team.  

We are looking for people with a background including:

  • 2-8 years of recruitment experience within the ICT marketplace
  • Minimum 2 years of Australian agency recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of any of Business Intelligence, CRM, Oracle, Cloud or Mobility recruitment marketplaces
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Highly articulate communicator with high level business and commercial acumen
  • APSCo or RCSA Certification an advantage but not essential
