THE ORGANISATION
This ASX listed financial services business is about to embark on a new HR project that will change the way their employees interact with their leaders. This business is looking for an exceptional candidate who will strive to achieve change in a way that treats employees with respect whilst maintaining them as advocates of the orgnisation. 

THE ROLE 
This newly created role will ensure early engagement with business leaders. You will be primarily responsible for providing specialist advice and coaching to employees, leaders and the rest of the P&C team. You will be the point of contact for all relevant strategic and business as usual initiatives. You will need to partner with the business and relevant stakeholders on transformation initiatives and assist with the implementation of the change.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a strong HR generalist background. You must have exceptional influencing skills and the capability to build relationships quickly. Ideally you will have experience of working in large corporate organisations and have strong ER skills.
