Due to exciting transformations here at Toll join our new HR Services Team based out in Bankstown Airport. You will play an integral role in ensuring the employee experience is as positive as our customer experience, delivering high quality administration support across a range of general HR areas. This is a fixed term contract til the end of March 2019.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arrange back ground checks, pre-employment medicals and security checks
  • Preparation of Letters of Offer & Contracts of Employment, and other relevant documentation for new employees
  • Obtaining appropriate signatures and distribution of new starter paperwork
  • Liaise closely with payroll and Workday HRA Administration in regards to new employee documentation / information and changes to employee information
  • Provide assistance to managers and employees for Workday tasks as necessary
  • Monitor Workday action items for completion, and follow up actions where necessary
  • Maintain employee data files (electronic and/or hard copy)
  • Assist with setting delegations in Workday as required and conduct audits on Workday data

To be considered for this role:

You will be expected to have experience in HR, working in a range of functions. This role will be a highly administrative role, so you will need to be used to working with high volumes and tight deadlines. You will have strong communication skills, be a competent administrator, and be proficient in systems processing in a complex regulatory environment.

Other key requirements are intermediate Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills, ability to use your initiative and work within an environment which is agile and fast paced, superior attention to detail, and exceptional time management skills.
