Excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join this highly respected consultancy. You will benefit from having established PSA’s and Tier 1 clients to inherit from day one along with a large candidate database to work with to ensure you hit the ground running.
You will be targeting top tier companies offering either Perm or Contract recruitment solutions and working closely with hiring managers to ensure they secure the best candidates for their roles.
Established over 10 years ago, our client have grown dramatically year on year with offices now across Australia. They are experiencing huge demand for their services and continue to reinvest profits to ensure the business continues to grow and offers a clear and transparent career plan for dedicated, loyal and hardworking employees.
To successfully secure this new role, my client requires an experienced recruitment consultant who has been working within a recruitment agency prior.I deally experienced in the Accounting & Finance space or professional services would be a clear advantage, although alternative recruitment experience will be seriously considered. It is essential that you are self-motivated with the ability to work within teams as well as independently.
