Your new role
Reporting into the People & Culture Director you will part of a small and collaborative HR team of 4. You will be responsible for providing generalist P&C support as well as contributing to strategic initiatives and projects. This will cover all areas of HR including recruitment, organisational development, policy development and review, IR/ER, performance management, talent management and succession planning.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have solid experience working in a HR generalist role partnering across a business teamed with relevant tertiary qualifications. This is a hands-on role and you will have a lot of interaction with your client group and the customers that you support so you will need to have excellent communication skills, a proactive manner and be solutions focused. You will have a positive attitude, be happy being part of a small team and will have the ability to move easily between operational and strategic work as required.
