About the role

Are you up for the challenge to be a high performing billing consultant in our team?

In this role you will have the opportunity to nurture, grow and develop an already very well established busy desk specialising in Contact Centre recruitment. Working with a client base which includes small and large corporations across a wide range of industries, you will be responsible for recruiting both temporary and permanent placements. One minute you may be recruiting telesales and appointment setters through to strategic contact centre managers and workforce planners helping shape their business.

The role entails managing the entire recruitment project cycle from job qualification through to offer management and aftercare. Your day will be varied and involve working with external clients and candidates, along with internal stakeholders and support teams to ensure the smooth and effective running of your desk.


The Team

As a new recruitment consultant, you will have daily support from a business development manager, 2 consultants along with a hands on divisional manager ensuring support and training is as thorough as needed and we recognise no one size fits all. You will also be a valued team member of our wider Business Support Division who thrive on team work and an enjoyable working atmosphere. Your manager is fully committed to ensuring your own career development plan and partner with you to reach your own aspirations along with the business goals.


About you

We appreciate that it can be hard to be recognised when you have no prior experience, here at Randstad we believe that it's a matter of finding the right person, providing the right training and watching you celebrate your success rather than experience. Of course, it does help if you are passionate and experienced within sales and thrive working to targets. You are an expert relationship builder and can deliver to tight time-frames in a fast paced, competitive sales landscape.

Some of our top performers have previously come from Travel, Contact Centres, B2B sales, Appointment setting and Careers Consultants. If you have transferable skills and love working in a sales driven environment, we would love to hear from you.
