We are recruiting for a new recruitment consultant / Key Account Manager to join our Western Australian business based within the Perth CBD Office. This role offers you the chance to join one of the world’s leading Recruitment and Specialist staffing business as we grow our Perth team within the Transport, Logistics and Distribution sectors. You’ll be offered the chance to manage some of the states most exciting and demanding client portfolios where you’ll really be an integral resource covering Client engagement, Staff retention, Recruitment and employee relations.
We are looking for someone who really likes to get into every nook and cranny of our client’s needs, if you are passionate about building those long term relationships and feel confident in managing recruitment and performance demands of some of our high profile clients then this is the time for you.
You’ll need to:
- Be experienced in recruitment practices including Site Meetings, Candidate Management, Interviewing and Selection Screening.
- Hold a PASSION for changing lives
- Hold a valid driving license and own transport
- Looking to join a business that builds long-term relationships
This role will be based out of our Perth CBD offices with regular site travel and weekly meetings to attend from Malaga to Canning Vale.
