Your new role
Recruitment is a people business and we put the creation of valuable, lasting relationships at the top of our priorities. We want to help people fulfil their potential and be the best they can. As a Graduate Consultant at Hays, your role is to:
- Take ownership of your career and its direction
- Manage and grow your own client portfolio
- Source new candidates via a multitude of channels and conduct thorough interviews
- Business develop and establish relationships with new clients
- Provide excellent service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
- Work collaboratively with your team to reach team goals
- Handle the job process from beginning to end including short-listing, making expert recommendations and maintaining relationships
- consult with organisations on their business and recruitment needs and offer your expertise whilst ensuring all experience the enviable reputation Hays offers.
