Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this position plays a crucial role. Partnering with the People function and GM’s across the business, you will lead the rewards function to review, develop, and implement remuneration and benefits across the company in line with future direction. This includes executive remuneration, total rewards, short and long-term incentives and performance frameworks that align with the attraction, retention & capability requirements of the business.  As a ASX listed business, it will also encompass board reporting, Remuneration Committee management and governance reporting.   The opportunity to take on broader remits is a strong probability.  

As an executive specialist position, we are seeking applications and enquiries only from candidates who can explicitly offer:

* Recent experience operating in a similar capacity within an ASX listed enterprise
* Proven depth of experience across all the technical areas of remuneration and benefits mentioned above
* Ability to work at all levels and build co-operative relationships with key stakeholders
* Exposure to the links between rewards and performance and ability to offer contemporary insights
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team (at least 10) and provide exceptional customer service to the business
* Strong commercial acumen, high analytics and capacity to consult within a dynamic environment of a fast moving and diverse business group
* Highly developed communication skills (written and oral) with effective project management skills
* Able to balance strategic and hands on activities
