Account Manager – Brisbane North
A brand new opportunity has been created at Protech for an Account Manager to join our team servicing our North Brisbane clients. If you have recruitment experience within the construction industry, or perhaps you’re keen to move off the tools and still work within the industry, then we’ve got the perfect opportunity for you!

The role
Reporting to the Business Manager of our Springwood branch, the Account Manager will provide strong leadership and drive in sales and account development while also ensuring quality support is provided to our employees on site. Additional responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, maximising every sales opportunity within each account and servicing our clients so Protech is the primary workforce supplier of each site
- Ensure safe work practices are upheld through facilitation of best practice safety compliance procedures
- Lead generation through networking and building client relationships
- Conduct of candidate job starts and inductions as part of our commitment to safe work practices and conduct
- Database management and recruitment duties as required to support the team
The skills and qualities we’re looking for:
- Effective communication and negotiation skills at all levels
- Construction industry experience, whether it be recruitment or trade experience
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders, with a natural aptitude for establishing and maintaining solid industry relationships
- Initiative and drive to be solutions-focused
- Ability to identify and close new business opportunities with existing clients
- Have a high level of energy, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to achieve results
