Our client
Our client is a leading technology firm based in the heart of the CBD. They're currently going through an exciting expansion project and therefore are seeking an experienced recruiter to join their existing team. They offer a fun, challenging and rewarding environment.
Description
- Advertising through a variety of channels
- Screening applicant resumes / applications
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Completing reference checks
- Conducting face to face interviews
- Offer management and onboarding
- Recruitment / HR Administration
Profile
As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;
- Previous experience within a recruitment capacity (Internal or external)
- Experience recruiting white collar roles within technology
- Fantastic communication and organisation skills
- Exposure working with high volume / bulk recruitment campaigns
- Strong levels of drive and motivation
- Sound understanding of end to end recruitment process
