My client are a one of the leading recruitment agencies across the in Sydney. With a strong presence across I.T and digital. They are going through huge growth and are now looking to add a candidate delivery manager to their very successful I.T and Digital division.
  
The role has become available due to the volume of work that the account managers have on and a maternity leave cover that is coming up at the end of the year. They recruit roles that are both perm, temp and contract, they have a high volume of roles on at any one time so the team are extremely busy and fast paced.
  
As a candidate delivery manager you will be responsible for attracting experienced candidates in a number of verticals across digital and I.T. You will write and place job ads, source candidates via Linkedin, phone screen candidates, interview candidates face to face, format resumes, reference checks and submit them to the account managers for the appropriate roles. The account managers are extremely experienced within recruitment and have been working in their chosen markets for several years, therefore they have very well established relationships with clients and a large amount of repeat business. They are looking to hire a delivery manager who will really support them with the talent pooling. They will depend on this person a lot so they want to hire someone with experience in resourcing, someone who is very familiar with Linkedin, headhunting and sourcing within I.T and Digital.
  
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced I.T recruiter who wants to steep away from sales and business development OR an experienced resourcer/candidate manager in I.T/Digital who is looking to start a new role in a fun, busy and exciting company!
  
All delivery managers are paid commissions on ALL placements, the team celebrate success well and all work very collaboratively. This is a very exciting and rare opportunity!
