A world-leading professional services firm is looking for a HR Business Partner for their North Queensland region - based Cairns.
This is a fantastic opportunity be part of a global HR team and take the lead partnering with your own N. Queensland based client group.
You will have the credibility and confidence to build relationships with key stakeholders and counterparts in HR quickly and will partner closely with centres of excellence globally to drive and implement global and local HR initiatives including L&D, Diversity and Inclusion programmes, annual graduate programme and HR projects.
In addition you will deliver on employee relations issues including grievances, investigations and performance management as well as leading on recruitment for your area.
This is an exciting time to join and highly successful and consistently growing business as they become globally integrated and implement a new global HR platform.
You will bring a wealth of HR experience ideally from a large and complex organisation. Having previously worked in a HRBP role you will understand how to partner with Centres of Excellence and Shared Services successfully as well as being able to build strong relationships with your client group. Excellent influencing skills are a must. A background from professional services or engineering may be advantageous but definitely not essential.

This role is based in central Cairns with travel across N.Queensland - own transport of essential.
