THE ORGANISATION

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will work within a small team of talented and driven HR professionals whilst supporting over 3000 employees; Responsibilities will include developing and delivering talent management and leadership programs to meet current and future capability needs, and drive organisational values across the business. A large aspect of this role will be to assist manage a culture change program as well as identifying learning needs at all levels. 
 
THE CRITERIA 
To be successful in this role you will need to be a seasoned Organisational Development professional who has had experience in delivering and designing talent management programs. You must be a self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and with a positive attitude. Ideally, you'll have worked within a corporate environment, you must be immediately available to be considered for this position.
