The opportunity

Due to unprecedented growth, we currently have an opportunity for an aspiring and experienced Recruitment Consultant in our Brisbane office within the Projects & Operations business. The role of a Davidson Recruitment Consultant ultimately is sales focused and requires excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, superior time management and a desire to take market share.

Being a 360’ recruitment consultant with Davidson will see you building a portfolio of business clients, sourcing suitable candidates and placing those candidates with your clients ahead of your competition. With this in mind, you must be a comfortable and confident business developer. Your professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you secure the best candidates in the market.

About you

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a similar field with proven tenure of employment. We are looking for people who are goal orientated and enjoy cross-collaboration and sharing ideas. You will be working on multiple tasks at any given time and thus having the ability to time manage and prioritise while maintaining a consistent and professional communication style is key to being successful.
