Description

The benefits of our Graduate Program include an opportunity to experience a number of different industries whilst working as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant during a rotational schedule. You will receive on-the-job training and mentoring including a dedicated Graduate Manager, key learning and development courses and of course the opportunity to earn a bonus!!!
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Managing a candidate pool to meet our Client’s needs
- Writing and placing accurate and effective job advertisements in appropriate media.
- Recruitment and Selection of permanent and temporary staff including sourcing, screening and assessment of candidates
- Organising and lodging documentation for pre-employment training, medicals and site induction
- Interacting with clients as required to support Consultants and Branch activity. Attend client visits as required from time to time.
- Performance Management of existing and future casual workforce
- Recruitment administration
- Generating Sales Leads for our Consultants
Profile
To be considered for this position you must possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree (within the last 18 months) preferably within Business or Commerce
- Previous experience or a strong interest in sales and customer support
- Team Spirit. Entrepreneurship. Customer Focus. Responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills
- A self-starter, highly motivated and possess excellent organisational skills
- Have Australian working rights
- Able to attend an interview immediately
- Able to start and work full-time from 16th July 2018
