We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our firm as Manager, People & Development in a permanent, full time arrangement. If you have demonstrated success in a fast-paced generalist role, and proven experience in leading a team, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Coaching, developing and managing two direct reports
  • Leading recruitment and selection processes and activities
  • Leading the re-energising of performance review programs
  • Development of initiatives aimed at enhancing DPM’s workplace culture
  • Working with the executive team to develop workforce/succession planning strategies

But there is a catch. To be in the running for this great role, you should have:

  • Solid experience in a similar HR generalist role (management or business partnership level)
  • A relevant degree with substantial business acumen
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, frameworks, policies and procedures to meet operational and strategic objectives
  • Demonstrated understanding of current issues in the management of people, including an understanding of the regulatory framework and associated policies, procedures and awards applicable to the HR function
