About the role

Detailed Work Group are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to start and run our Melbourne Division specialising in the Trade and Labour Hire.

This role will suit someone who is highly motivated and looking to make their mark on the Labour Hire Market in Melbourne.

The role will involve maintaining and developing relationships with existing Clients, Business Development with existing Clients and Business Development with new Clients.

As this will be a new office your primary aim will be to carry out Business Development for new Clients and if possible bring across Clients from previous positions you have held.

In addition you will also be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates into positions and liasing with our Sydney office in relation to any payroll or time sheet related items.

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone who has previous experience with the Labour Hire Industry;

  • Someone who is driven and highly motivated and has excellent people skills.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Melbourne Market
  • Be capable of bringing over some existing clients
  • Excellent IT and People Skills
