We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven professional to drive, direct, control and administer our HSE&Q programs and champion a safety philosophy within the Group focused on commitment, communication and improvement.

This will be a challenging and diverse role. You will provide hands-on support to key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, providing expert advice and leadership on all aspects of WHS as well as lead our Quality and Environmental Management programs as part of our ISO 9001 and 14001 accreditation.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Continuously improving and maintaining the IMS to ensure ongoing certification to ISO 9001 and 14001
  • Conducting quality, safety and environmental audits, inspections and observations

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, are qualified in WHS and hold certification in Quality Management, Audit and Continuous Improvement. Ideally, you will have gained your experience in print or manufacturing and have a sound knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and Forestry Stewards Council standards. You will need the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders with a view of achieving desired outcomes and cost savings as well as the capability to anticipate, deal with, and manage requirements in changing business conditions. You are logical, analytical and have a high attention to detail as well as being an innovative thinker and natural leader.

If you are interested in joining our team, we offer a great place to work, parking on site and a salary commensurate with experience.
