Description
As Recruitment Coordinator you will be providing specialist coordination support across internal Sourcing and Talent Acquisition teams including; candidate screening, interview scheduling and organisation of candidate testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening candidates and creating shortlists
- Reference checking and due diligence
- Diary management, coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews
- Delivering recruitment process data and analytics
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Previous experience supporting HR or Recruitment Teams
- Experienced working with HRIS or Internal Recruitment Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administration and coordination skills with a strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team player with and strong work ethic
