As the Human Resources Business Partner be able to build credibility by developing productive working relationships and delivering meaningful solutions to all stakeholders, while maintaining a customer focused mindset.
This position works closely with the HR Director on the delivery of key strategic projects for the roll out across the Pacific region.
Let’s talk about the role
- You will work with the Human Resources Director, Pacific to develop a people strategy for the Pacific Region to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and employee engagement.
- Work with leaders to identify talent and emerging leaders, and implement talent plans to ensure key roles have successors.
- Advise managers in appropriate employee relations matters management, including representation in courts.
- Work throughout the year with the HR team and Leaders to continuously improve employee engagement.
- Ensure effective on boarding and orientation programmes are in place for new hires.
- Work with relevant parties locally to globally to ensure a compensation and benefits strategy for the Pacific Region
- Manage the legal requirements for the Franchisee network in line with applicable employment laws
Let’s talk about you
- Tertiary qualified in HR or related field
- Experience in owning ER/IR processes and exposure to Fair Work.
- Proven track record in organisational change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Challenged by an environment focussed on best practice and superior result
- Proven expertise partnering with similar size client groups.
- Excellent knowledge of Workday or equivalent
- Business / commercial acumen
