Roy Morgan is a leader in research and digital information services. Best known for our polling and media data, we are a multifaceted organisation bridging the gap between traditional research and cutting edge information services. Our organisation and our industry are transforming and we are looking for an agile senior HR leader to join the team.

The HR Manager reports to the Chief of Staff, and works closely with the Executive and other senior managers to ensure the company’s strategic goals are facilitated from a people perspective.  Supported by a team of two HR professionals, the HR team are responsible for:
  • Workforce facilitation of around 1,100 permanent and casual staff.
  • Development and implementation of HR practices to deliver high performance work culture.
  • Management of industrial and workplace relations
  • Attraction and Retention, Training and Development
  • Aligning HR systems and procedures with business needs
  • Lead, coach and provide expert HR advice to Executive, Managers and HR team 
We require a person who is up to the challenge of leading HR Operations in a fast paced and innovative environment. In order to shine in this challenging but rewarding role you will have broad experience in all areas of HR and be proven in both the operational and managerial space. 
  
You will be tertiary qualified in HR or a related discipline and have proven experience in best practice Human Resources. Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are crucial in order to influence and execute your business focussed HR solutions.
  
Specialist experience in any of these disciplines would be beneficial: Delivering high performance teams; Enterprise bargaining; Performance management; Organisational change.
