The Role

At Specsavers our Partners are at the heart of everything we do. With this in mind, we have created an engagement team to strengthen the support and development we provide to our Store Partners (Franchisees) across ANZ.  We are currently seeking an Organisational Development and Engagement Manager with an ability to transform ideas into reality to join our team in Port Melbourne. In this role you will leverage findings from forums, surveys and store visits to engage, motivate and develop our Partners through the design and delivery of a variety of programs 

As an Organisational Development and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:
•    Supporting the design and implementation of various programs in conjunction with the Head of Partner Engagement, with the aim of improving Store Partner capability and enhancement to support the strategic direction of the business
•    Assisting in the identification of Store Partner development requirements through regular touchpoints, including forums, meetings and surveys
•    Ensuring post launch reviews are completed for all interventions to make certain that key objectives and learning have been successfully delivered
•    Supporting local and global projects, ensuring that Store Partner Engagement is represented and feedback is appropriately employed
•    Utilising business writing skills to compile ideas created with the Head of Partner Engagement into well documented, strategic initiatives and plans

What we are looking for
Reporting to the Head of Partner Engagement, you will possess the following skills:
•    Have a retail background or experience in a field position, with a people/customer focus
•    Strong experience in the creation of end to end initiatives, particularly within leadership development projects
•    Proven experience in managing multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders, specifically experience in implementing change initiatives
•    Thorough understanding of retail business operations, with an ability to relate to Partners and their business experiences
•    Strong analytical skills, including proven experience in the development of metrics
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with extensive stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to travel interstate and internationally
